Warranty Overview

PINNACLE PRO SCOOTERS products are covered against manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from PINNACLE PRO SCOOTERS or an official authorised retailer.

To submit a warranty claim, you must:

  • Be the original owner

  • Provide valid proof of purchase

If your product develops a valid fault, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased. Alternatively, you may contact us directly and our team will assist you.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be void if a product shows signs of:

  • Modification or alteration of any kind

  • Incorrect installation

  • Poor maintenance

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • External or intentional damage

  • Normal wear and tear from use

Products purchased from unauthorised sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.


Due to the extreme nature of action sports, scooter components experience significant stress during normal use. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects — not wear caused by riding.

 

Decks

3-Month Manufacturer Warranty

Covered

  • Snapping or visible cracking caused by manufacturing fault

  • Functional defects

  • Paint or finish defects present upon arrival

Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse (including grinding unwaxed surfaces such as curbs or ledges)

  • Cosmetic wear including scratches, fading, or anodising wear

  • Headset cup damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Modified decks or altered components

  • External impact damage or improper setup

Important Notice

Scooter decks are subjected to extreme impact forces and are considered wear items within the sport.

To maximise deck lifespan:

  • Avoid repeated jumping to flat

  • Aim for controlled, smooth landings to reduce impact stress

All scooter decks may eventually fail due to the demands of riding — this is an inherent part of stunt scootering.

 

Chromoly Bars

90-Day Manufacturer Warranty

Covered

  • Bending or snapping due to manufacturing defect

  • Cracks along weld point

Not Covered

  • Less than 40mm of fork tube inserted into the bars

  • Modified or cut handlebars

  • Scratching, paint chipping, or cosmetic wear

  • Damage caused by misuse, poor landings, or abuse

  • Compression failure caused by loose bolts or incorrect setup

  • External or intentional damage

  • Order or retailer details

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
